Thank you for shopping with Mesquite & Magnolia Outfitters! We’re a small business, and every order is carefully prepared and packaged with care.

Order Processing

Please allow 7–9 business days for your order to arrive, including processing and shipping.

Some of our apparel is prepared after an order is placed. Processing times allow us to receive materials, prepare your items, and package your order.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $9 on all U.S orders under $70.

Orders of $70 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping!

 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Shipping transit time is separate from our processing time.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to get orders out quickly, occasional delays may occur due to product availability, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances.

If there’s a significant delay with your order, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue according to our Return & Refund Policy.
